Kitchen
The kitchen is a staple of the American home. It’s often a place of congregation and a memorable part of how many Americans are raised. Most importantly, it’s where we break bread together as families and friends. The global kitchenware market is enormous with a market size value of $62 billion in 2020, which is expected to rise by 24% over the next 5 years, according to Grand View Research. Those trends are similar when you look at just the United States, and manufacturing is increasingly being shipped out overseas. The U.S. accounts for less than 5% of total manufacturing for kitchenware bought in the United States. So, much like many other industries, it is notoriously tough for Americans to stock their kitchens with quality products that are made in the USA. But it’s not all doom and gloom. While they may be few and far between, there are still many small and large manufacturers who are making kitchenware in the USA and supporting American jobs. We want to celebrate those brands and highlight the amazing products they are producing and the American workers they are helping put food on the table for.
