Starting in 1981 by selling teddy bears off a cart in Burlington, Vermont. Today, Vermont Teddy Bear continues to make heirloom quality bears that are made to be part of the family. Each bear is intricately designed and handcrafted with detail to ensure it lasts a lifetime.
Note, only the Classic Vermont Teddy Bears are cut, sewn, stuffed, and stitched in the USA these days – they manufacture other bears overseas and also get some materials internationally. The Classic collection makes up most of their inventory, but should be easily identifiable on their website.
