Founded in Gardena, California in 1948, Sloggers first product as a clear plastic overshow called ‘the Drizzle Boot’. Made popular by Doris Day in 1951, these boots developed throughout the years and in 1997 ‘Sloggers’ were made. These rain boots soon become available in lawn and garden stores before becoming widely popular during the 2000’s thanks to the social media and online commerce boom.
