About
The Frye Company first opened in 1863 and made its first boot in 1888. Then, in the 1920s, the company began to use the Goodyear welt process, which allowed the boots to be resolved and made them sturdier. Over the decades, the Frye Company has developed several types of boots, including, the Jet, Campus, and Engineering boots, and have been used by everyone from ranchers to the military.
