About
Artisan Born designs and builds solid wood furniture at its facility in Jane, Missouri, in the Ozarks region of southwest Missouri. The company operates a vertically integrated production process that begins with sustainably sourced logs, which are milled and kiln-dried before being built into finished pieces at the same location. Artisan Born states that it replants trees for every log it harvests as part of its sourcing practice. Products include coffee tables, console tables, dining tables, bar furniture, floating shelves, desks, benches, and end tables, made primarily from walnut and white oak slabs, including waterfall-style pieces in its Cascade Collection. Wood is hand-selected and inspected throughout production to manage color and grain consistency before pieces are built and shipped from the Missouri facility. All milling, drying, and furniture construction take place domestically rather than through outsourced or overseas manufacturing.
