Vornado manufactures unique humidifiers, founded by Ralph K. Odor whose patented Power Vortex design in the 1920s influenced modern aviation. His work with O.A. Sutton, a fabrication shop owner, changed fan history. Vornado prides itself on offering powerful airflow which circulates all of the air in the room, keeping it cool constantly. Vornado designs and engineers its products at its 285,000-square-foot facility in Kansas but only manufactures some of its products here. Products made in the USA are made clear on their website with an American flag, or there’s a “Made in USA” page.
