Their hard and soft-sided coolers are made out of roto-molded polyethylene that provides integrated insulation for maximum cold retention and freshness while ensuring a perfect seal and an easy-flow drainage system. All designing, assembly, powder-coating, printing, and etching processes that make Orca’s products unique, are done in Nashville, Tennessee. Other than their famous coolers, Orca also markets drinkware in many forms, designed to keep your beverage icy cold or piping hot all day long.
