ON3P was started in 2006 by a sophomore in college who was disappointed by a custom pair of skis he just bought, so he decided to make his own skis. Not intending to make a business out of it, his ski designs gained momentum on a forum, leading him to create ON3P in 2007. Starting from his garage and building a ski press by hand, ON3P now operates from an 8,400-square-foot factory in Portland. They are incredibly passionate about making their products in the USA, believing there’s no pride in outsourcing.
