Nature’s Head manufactures a self-contained composting toilet. The idea for the product came from two long-time sailors looking to create a more user-friendly version than others on the market. Designed in 2006, they were looking to create a toilet that could be used in harsh environments, where plumbing and electricity are difficult or non-existent. Nature’s Head is used in tiny homes, cabins, boats, RVs, barns, survival shelters, the US Military, and many more places. Nature’s Head toilets are made in the USA, and all components, except for the fan, are manufactured and assembled in the US.
