About

Maxi-Cosi is owned by Dorel Juvenile, a segment of Dorel Industries, a Canadian company that designs and manufactures baby and child products as well as home furnishings. It was founded in 1962 and employs approximately 4,200 people across 22 countries with its products sold in over 100 countries. Its global brands include Maxi-Cosi and Tiny Love, and owns several regional brands. It may be surprising that such a global brand manufactures its products in the USA. Many of its car seats are made from the USA manufacturing plant in Indiana but not all of them. You can find out where each car seat is made by looking at “Product Support” on the product webpage and then looking at the “User Guide”, where it will say in the fine print underneath the contents page where the product is made.
