Leupold is an American company founded in 1907 by two German immigrants, Otto Leupold and Frederic William Leupold. The company is now owned by American conglomerate Ball Aerospace & Technologies. The Leupold Company is best known for its family of riflescopes and binoculars with various reticle types and optical designs but is recognized as one of the most revered optics manufacturers in the world. They offer a lifetime warranty on all their products, including binoculars, riflescopes, spotting scopes, and rifle mounts for those that qualify. Only some of their scopes are made in the USA, though.
