fdp studio manufactures handmade pottery at its facility in Pleasant Unity, Pennsylvania, located in the Laurel Highlands region forty minutes east of Pittsburgh. Founded by Francis DeFabo, the company produces contemporary, understated ceramic pieces intended for everyday use. The studio operates from a newly restored 80-year-old former country grocery store, where pottery is made on-site. The shop also features artisan home goods curated by co-founder Lynn, including handmade candles, tableware, and charcuterie boards from other makers.
