Looking to help the economically struggling small rural town of Fayette, Roland Christensen began making lightweight aerospace components in 1984, founding ACT Aerospace. With a love of creating with carbon fiber, such as golf club heads, softball bats, arrows, etc., in 1993, Roland made a rifle barrel with carbon fiber, which had never been done before. In 1995, after much success, Christensen Arms was created, manufacturing 22 LR rifles and then producing the first aerograde carbon fiber stock in the firearms industry in 2003. All of their products are proudly made in the USA.
