Carve Designs was created by two moms, Jennifer Hinton and Thayer Sylvester. They wanted to create swimwear for women with real bodies and a passion for adventure. They started in 2003 as a surf apparel company, and since then it has grown into a lifestyle brand offering surf, swim, balance, and lifestyle clothing. They manufacture their products both in the US and overseas, but their California-based factory makes a significant portion of their products. 100% of their swim collection is made with sustainable fabric sourced from recycled plastic bottles.
