California Faucets was founded by Fred Silverstein in 1988 when the plumbing supply industry was very different. Anything not in the supply catalog didn’t exist, delivery was slow, and customer service was poor, but this was the norm. Fred changed this by offering quality, customizable products that were manufactured locally, and delivered quickly with excellent customer service. California Faucets is now an independently owned family-run business that handmakes its products one at a time at its site in California, allowing customers to pick ready-made options or customize their own.
