Bushmaster Firearms was founded in 1973 as the successor of Gwinn Firearms. After being owned by several parent companies over the years, they have now been owned by Crotalus Holdings Inc. since 2020. They revived their brand name in August 2021 with a new business headquartered in Carson City. The American firearm manufacturer and distributor produces semi-automatic pistols and rifle variants of the M4/AR-15 design. All of their products are made in the USA – with each web page showing where its made in the “features and specifications” section of each product.
