Trying to answer the question, “How to produce high-quality dress socks while supporting the local textile industry ?” Mike and Carol James founded Boardroom Socks. Their product quality and commitment to American manufacturing, from shipping boxes to paper packaging, allowed them to grow quickly and eventually move out of their attic, but not too far, as they’ve kept their production in their home state of North Carolina.
