Austin Foundry Cookware manufactures cast iron cookware at its foundry in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The family-owned company is one of only two cast iron cookware manufacturers in the United States that pours iron in-house rather than importing pre-cast pieces. The company produces skillets in multiple sizes, dual-handle skillets, Dutch ovens, and food presses using a small batch production process. Each piece undergoes a multi-step polishing process to create smooth cooking surfaces and bears the Foundryman logo trademark.
