xCraft is a Coeur d’Alene, Idaho-based drone manufacturer founded in 2013 that designs and produces unmanned aircraft systems for commercial, defense, and public safety applications. The company gained broader recognition in 2015 when it secured a 1.5 million dollar investment from all five investors on the ABC television program Shark Tank. xCraft designs and tests all of its products in the Pacific Northwest and keeps all engineering and manufacturing talent in the United States. Its current product line includes VTOL, fixed-wing, tethered, and surveying drone platforms under the Panadrone, Matrix, Maverick, Nano, and Shadow model names, serving customers in defense, energy, public safety, and mapping.
