Founded in 1972, The Sausage Maker was founded to promote centuries-old traditions in processing, preparing, and preserving food. Created by the late Rytek Kutas, who had decades of experience making sausages and cured meats both at home and professionally. Finding it hard to source sausage-making products at an affordable price, he created The Sausage Maker to help keep family traditions alive. They are now the ultimate resource to hunters, gathers, anglers, farms, and just about anyone who wants to take game, meats, fruit, and vegetables and transform them. Most products are made in the USA or sourced from the US and across the world.
