Silk Scarves Colorado was founded in 2010 by avid scarf-lover Tanya Athannassova. Tanya has collected scarves for years, believing they are the ultimate accessory in upgrading an outfit. She loved gifting silk scarves, but many of her friends commented that they found silk scarves to be old-fashioned, too classic, or too pretentious. Tanya looked to change this through Silk Scarves Colorado and started hand-painting silk scarves that were designed to be chic, fresh, and young. She now handmakes scarves, wraps, and shawls, all made from 100% pure silk and made in the U.S.
