Printed Solid, Inc. is a 3D printing supply and services company founded in 2013 by Matthew Gorton in Wilmington, Delaware, initially as a supplier of 3D printing materials and accessories. In 2022, Czech manufacturer Prusa Research acquired the company and established it as the exclusive Original Prusa retailer for the North American market. Since the acquisition, Printed Solid has expanded into domestic manufacturing, beginning assembly of Prusa MK4S and CORE One printers at its Delaware facility in 2024 and 2025, and producing its own Jessie Premium filament line entirely in-house in Delaware since 2018. The company serves educational, government, enterprise, and consumer customers and employs approximately 30 people at its Delaware location. Printed Solid also operates as a reseller and service center for Original Prusa products across North America, so, not everything they sell is American made.
