Mountain Ridge Gear is a veteran-owned and family-run business that manufactures mule and horse-packing equipment. Beginning with making his own camouflage hunting clothes, the founder of Mountain Ridge Gear then looked to make mule and horse packing gear that would last as long as the hauling packs in the military, rather than the imports in stores that break easily. Soon friends were looking to buy these for themselves and Mountain Ridge Gear took off. After 24 years in the military, its founder makes sure he uses the best materials to the highest standards to make products that are made to be functional and strong. He also added molle webbing to his products for the option to add additional pouches or packs. All products are made in the USA using 100% US-manufactured materials.
