Middleton Made Knives produces handcrafted culinary blades in North Charleston, South Carolina, operating from a storefront at the Navy Yard Charleston. The company was founded in 2010 by Quintin Middleton, who trained as an apprentice to master bladesmith Jason Knight before transitioning his focus to kitchen knives and calling on Charleston-area chefs to develop designs based on actual kitchen use patterns.
