Kimber’s mission is to build sporting firearms using modern manufacturing techniques to their advantage but practiced hands for assembly, fit, and finish. Initially starting with rimfire rifles, they’ve expanded to now create pistols and revolvers. All of Kimber’s handguns are made in the USA, and nearly every component of their firearms is manufactured inside the Kimber factory. Kimber has now grown into one of the leading manufacturers of premium production firearms and provides firearms for the USA Shooting Team, LAPD, and United States Marines assigned to Central Command. They were originally based in New York, but moved to Alabama because of New York’s gun laws.
