About
Faty-pus is a ski manufacturer that got its unique company name from its prototype skis – the A-lotta that it made in 2004. Their very first skis had a wide waist width of 140mm, making them much “fatter” than other skis on the market, and their tip and tail were shaped like that of the bill and tail of a Platypus, which is how the company name came about. Faty-pus skis are handmade in Breckenridge, Colorado.
