Expandacraft was created by avid multi-hull sailor Wesley Stevenson. After spotting a gap in the market, Stevenson came up with the design in 2002 for a modular boat. The modular components of Expandacraft mean that you can configure the boat to fit your needs and then reconfigure it should your needs change. One set of hulls simply attaches to a variety of options, allowing customers to sail, paddle, row, pedal, or small motor. This allows you to quickly change it from one watercraft to another. Expandacraft also quickly breaks down to fit inside a small car or closet.
