EmberLit manufactures ultralight camping stoves and outdoor gear under the MerkWares brand. Mikhail Merkurieff founded the company after designing the original Emberlit Stove, a flat-packing wood-burning stove for backpacking and camping. The stoves are constructed from stainless steel and designed to nest flat for transport. Product lines include the Emberlit stove series, the HearthFire smokeless fire pit, flint and steel fire starters, and foraging tools. All stoves are manufactured in the United States from domestically sourced stainless steel. The company ships products directly from its workshop, with most orders fulfilled within one week.
