Element Electronics is a television manufacturer headquartered in Winnsboro, South Carolina, where it operates an assembly plant that opened in 2014. Founded in 2007, the company became the only major TV brand to assemble televisions in the United States when it began domestic production at its South Carolina facility. Element assembles Roku and Android TV models for distribution through major retailers across the country. The TVs are assembled using components sourced from overseas, primarily China, with final assembly performed by workers at the Winnsboro plant. While not all Element products are assembled domestically, the company’s South Carolina operation represents the only remaining large-scale consumer television assembly line in the United States.
