About
Duparquet Copper Cookware is a small-batch cookware maker based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, specializing in heirloom-quality copper pots and pans. Founded in 2008 by Jim Hamann, the company was born out of his passion for restoring vintage copper cookware. After years of refurbishing old pieces, Hamann began crafting new cookware using traditional techniques reminiscent of 19th-century American and French coppersmithing.
Each piece is made entirely in-house, from spinning thick copper sheets to hand-riveting cast iron handles and lining the interiors with tin or silver. Duparquet’s cookware is designed to last for generations, offering a range of products including sauté pans, saucepans, and specialty items like the Fait Tout. With a commitment to American craftsmanship and quality, Duparquet has garnered a following among home cooks and professional chefs alike.
