Capital was established in 2001 by several executives from competing luxury appliance manufacturers who wanted to create quality products featuring a stunning design with the customer’s interest at heart. Their ranges are featured on a number of hit TV shows such as several Food Network and Bravo programs like Top Chef, Food Wars, Iron Chef, Chopped, and more.
